The minimum starter package for distributors includes 5 SUP boards. This quantity is designed as an entry-level set to begin sales and market testing, while also allowing proper product presentation to end customers. The package is suitable for assessing demand and establishing initial sales activities. As interest grows or the distribution network expands, the order can be flexibly adjusted and quantities increased.
Yes, regional exclusivity is possible. We allow distributors to arrange exclusive representation within a specific geographic area, with terms defined individually based on sales potential, market development strategy, and agreed annual quantities. The purpose of exclusivity is to ensure long-term partnership collaboration and protect the distributor's investment in developing the sales network and promotional activities in the chosen region.
Delivery times depend on the distributor's location. For Slovenia (SLO), the delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days, depending on stock availability and order quantity. For European Union (EU) countries, the expected delivery time is approximately 14 days.
For larger orders or special configurations, delivery times are coordinated individually upon order confirmation. Our goal is to ensure reliable and timely delivery, allowing distributors to plan sales and inventory without disruption.
Yes, we provide distributors with marketing support. Catalogs, photo materials, and video content are available for use in online presentations, social media, sales meetings, or other promotional activities.
Materials are prepared to simplify market entry and support effective presentation of products to end customers. Additional customizations can also be arranged if needed.
For both brands, we offer a 36-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and any technical issues under normal product use. Warranty terms are clearly defined in the general terms and conditions and apply to all official distributors.
Service is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and agreed procedures. In the event of a claim, we ensure quick handling of the request and an appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or other agreed form), aiming to guarantee end-customer satisfaction and uninterrupted distributor operations.
