The General Terms and Conditions of the azulboards.si, azul-boards.com Online Shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), on the basis of the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the international e-commerce codes.
The azulboards.si, azul-boards.com Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as "Shop") is operated by Urban Lagoja, s.p., Balantičeva 9, 1234 Mengeš, registration number: 6334717000, tax number: 78093759, Bank account: SI56 0230 1392 (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").
General Terms and Conditions determine the operation, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the Provider and the Customer.
SUMMARY OF LEGISLATION
The Provider undertakes to always provide the following information to the customer:
a) the identity of the company (name and registered office of the company, registration number),
b) contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
c) the essential characteristics of the goods or services,
d) the accessibility of the items (each item or service offered on the website should be accessible within a reasonable period),
e) the terms and conditions for delivery of the items (method, place and time of delivery),
f) all prices shall be clearly and unambiguously stated, and it shall be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
g) the method of payment and delivery,
h) the time validity of the offer,
i) the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; and in addition, if and how much it will cost the Customer to return the goods,
j) an explanation of the complaint procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service.
Product offer
The products offered through the Amanzi.si online shop are part of the offer or production programme of the Urban Lagoja, s.p. company.
Product prices are presented as retail prices and include VAT, but do not include shipping costs.

The Provider offers the following payment methods:
- by bank transfer to the Provider's account after the invoice has been issued
- cash on delivery
The Provider shall issue an invoice to the Customer on a permanent medium, itemising the costs and giving instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and, if necessary and possible, return the products.
The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the Provider's server.
PRICES
All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time of order placement and have no pre-set validity.
Prices are valid in the event of payment by the methods of payment indicated above, subject to the conditions indicated above.
The purchase contract between the Provider and the Customer is concluded at the moment when the Provider confirms the order (the Customer receives an e-mail with the Order Confirmed status). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the Provider and the Customer. Purchase procedure
1. Order received After placing an order, the Customer shall be sent an email notification that the order has been received. At this step, the Customer has the option to cancel the order within one hour by sending an email to info@amanzi.si with the clear subject of the message CANCELLED.
2. Order confirmed If the Customer does not cancel the order, the order goes to further processing, at which time the Provider shall review the order, check the deliverability of the ordered products and confirm or reject the order with a reason. The Provider may call the Customer's contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. The Provider shall keep the Customer up to date with information regarding the delivery of goods by e-mail. Should the delivery time happen to exceed 3 working days and the Customer does not wish to wait, the Customer may notify the Provider, who will remove the product from the order and refund any payment already made and, at the Customer's discretion, either deliver the remaining products in the order or cancel the entire order. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from longer delivery times or from non-delivery of goods which the Provider does not hold in stock in its own warehouse.
3. Goods dispatched The Provider shall prepare and dispatch the goods within the agreed time and notify the Customer by e-mail. In the aforementioned e-mail, the Provider shall also inform the Customer of the return policy, where to turn in case of delay in delivery and where to turn in case of complaint.
Right of withdrawal, return of goods
The consumer has the right to notify the company (by contacting info@amanzi.si) within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods that he/she wishes to withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason for his/her decision. The only cost to be borne by the consumer for withdrawing from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the Provider no later than 8 working days from the date of cancellation notice (from the date of withdrawal).
Goods received must be returned undamaged, unopened and in the same quantity, unless they are destroyed, spoiled, lost or reduced in quantity. As the packaging (e.g. box) is an integral part of the goods, it must be included in any return. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 15 working days of receipt of the cancellation notice. Refunds shall be made directly to the Customer's bank account.
The return of the goods received to the company within the withdrawal period shall be deemed as a communication of withdrawal from the contract.
DELIVERY
The Provider shall deliver the goods or services within the agreed time limit.
The Provider will strive to dispatch the ordered goods no later than the next working day upon receiving the order.
The Provider reserves the right to send the goods later, but never more than 3 working days after the order has been received.
The shipping time depends on the contractual partner for the delivery of the shipments and is beyond the control of the Provider.
The Provider reserves the right to choose a delivery service if this will enable them to fulfil the order more efficiently.
The delivery charges are calculated automatically when the goods are ordered and are part of the final price of the order.

The Provider will contact the User by means of distance communication only if the User does not expressly object to this.
The advertising e-mails shall contain the following elements:
- they will be clearly and unambiguously identified as advertising messages,
- the sender will be clearly identifiable,
- various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be identified as such. The conditions for participation in them shall also be clearly defined,
- the means of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages shall be clearly set out,
- the user's wish not to receive advertising messages shall be expressly adhered to by the Provider.

DISCLAIMER
The Provider shall do its utmost to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the products, the delivery date or the price may change so rapidly that the Provider is unable to correct the information on the websites. In this case, the Provider shall inform the Customer of the changes and give the Customer the opportunity to cancel the order or replace the ordered product.
Although the supplier tries to provide accurate photographs of the available products, all photographs should be considered as symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.
The Provider has the option to withdraw from the contract with the Customer only if a manifest error is detected (Article 46 of the Obligations Code). A manifest error shall be defined as an essential characteristic of the subject-matter and any mistake which, according to the custom of the trade or the intention of the parties, is decisive and which, if the Provider had known of it, he would not have acknowledged or concluded the contract. This shall also apply to manifest errors in the communication of prices.
The Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and in any manner, for any reason and without prior notice at its own discretion.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The Supplier shall comply with applicable consumer protection legislation. The Supplier shall make every effort to comply with its obligation to set up an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person whom the Customer may contact by telephone or e-mail should any issues arise. The complaint shall be submitted via email to info@amanzi.si. The complaint resolution process will be handled confidentially.
